ARTS Inc. reaches youth in the Chinese and Hispanic neighborhoods of the Lower East Side of New York through the cultures and traditions of their own communities. Young people, their teachers, families and neighbors explore, share and celebrate a rich cultural heritage.

ARTS has served this unique immigrant neighborhood since 1970, bringing together young people and adults, artists and educators, through four program areas:

School Program, Community Arts, Folklore and Language, Publications.
